IHeartRadio Music Festival

For all of us living in Europe, iHeartRadio app is the perfect (and may I say only) way to listen to all american hits and our favorite music stations such as Kiis 102,7 Fm, Power 106 Fm, etc. I used to "steal" my sister's IPhone to use the app, as I am a Blackberry user. Anyway, last weekend there was a music festival in Las Vegas hosted by iHeartRadio and Ryan Seacrest. As you can imagine, a lot of singers and groups attended and performed live (Lady GaGa, Alicia Keys with Jay-Z, Coldplay, Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez, Kelly Clarkson, Joe Jonas and many more). The Color Blocking Trend

Color Blocking is the new hot trend. It combines two or more blocks of color next to each other in an ensemble to create fashionable effects. The trend is everywhere; on the runways (Gucci), on red carpet as well as celebrity street style and celebrities love it. Every time I see a celebrity dressed according to the color blocking trend, I just smile. It is very summer-y. Take a look at the pictures below and dare to try the trend. Just be careful and choose the right colors, for example purple and orange always look good together, blue with yellow, pink with yellow too.

Cheryl or Nicole?

I think that some of you know whom i'm referring to. Cheryl Cole and Nicole Scherzinger of course. As you probably know already Cheryl Cole was chosen by Simon Cowell himself to be a judge on the upcoming season of the USA X Factor alongside with him and Paula Abdul. Cheryl judged auditions in two cities, but last minute she has been kicked off the show due to her thick British accent. So the network had to replace her immediately. Nicole Scherzinger was their first (as she wasn't picked as a guest before) and best option.

The interesting part is something else though, at least for the fashion world as they are both very fashionable. Take a look at what they chose to wear in their first auditions!
